Now Bluetooth up to 7 times faster. With the new version of Bluetooth i.e. Bluetooth 3.0 + HS is said to have transfer speed of approximately 24Mbps. The current version i.e. Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR has a transfer speed of 3Mbps which means that Bluetooth 3.0 + HS will be approximately 7 times faster than the current version.
Computer and mobile manufacturers are already showing interest as assumed but apart from that the device is also attracting attention of television manufacturers.
Along with the increased transfer rate Bluetooth 3.0 + HS will also run on a more energy efficient systems, thus saving mobile devices power that have the device installed.
Hopefully the device will be available in the first quarter of 2010, till then we just have to wait to see our devices fire up with Bluetooth 3.0 + HR.
